Crafting experiences.
A coordinated mobile + web + TV system that replaced loudspeaker chaos for 784 students, 500+ parents, and 40 staff across three simultaneous physical zones.
A parent arrives at the gate. A staff member picks up a loudspeaker and calls a name across 784 students. If an unregistered person shows up — there is no verification system to catch it.
Anyone could collect a child. No QR, no plate check, no mechanism to flag unregistered individuals.
Manual name-grade lookup at the gate. With hundreds of cars queuing simultaneously, delays compounded fast.
The entire compound relied on one person with a loudspeaker. Missed calls meant repeated broadcasts.
Parents didn't know their queue position. Admin had no live view until logs were compiled after dismissal ended.
Each teacher maintained their own sheet. Safeguarding records were scattered and only useful after the fact.
An unregistered vehicle stopped the entire queue. One case held up every family behind it.
The system needed to work for four users simultaneously — each in a different physical location with different information needs and different time pressures.

The system reduced dismissal time, removed loudspeaker dependency, and closed the pickup verification gap.
Reduced from 3–5 minutes per vehicle across hundreds of daily dismissals.
QR verification and pre-registration eliminated the security gap entirely since launch.
Noise pollution in the school compound was significantly reduced.
The display screen replaced uninformed queuing with visible status.
Complete timestamped records are maintained for safeguarding and reporting.
The school requested continued support for the system after deployment.
